I’m Dr. Mohamed Baydon: Head of E-commerce at Monest, founder of Muhra Store, OMCP and PMP. Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, working with stores across the Gulf, the UK and Egypt.
The story
From the pharmacy counter to running stores
I studied pharmacy at Tanta University, and years of pharmacy work taught me to run things by the numbers: stock, margins and what customers actually ask for.
My e-commerce work took me from a shoes company in Estonia to building and running my own stores: Muhra in Egypt and Monest in the UK. Along the way I built the tools I needed, from an order pipeline to competitor tracking, CRMs and automations.
Now I build the same systems for other store owners, and teach them to run them.
